New research from the No7 Beauty Company and the University of Nottingham has just been published in PNAS.
This research at the University of Nottingham used a state-of-the-art technique to characterise the skin’s barrier layer (the stratum corneum) in an unprecedented level of detail. It’s also the first time the penetration profile of a collagen peptide through the stratum corneum has been published - this peptide is a key ingredient in No7’s clinically proven serums.
