Overview:
The Creative, Agency Partnership & B-Hive enable our ambitious brand growth goals through a more agile and technology-enabled operating approach. responsible for creative generation across the agency network, including management of the full agency network (incl. OLIVER, WPP & B-Hive). This CoE aligns all of our creative skills, resources and operating model with the needs of the Brand Growth Framework at the very heart, enable our ambitious brand growth goals through a more agile and technology-enabled operating approach.
Reporting to the Creative, Agency Partnerships & B-Hive Director, this is a pivotal role in our Creative CoE. You'll lead and inspire our creative teams (all agency partners) in delivering high-impact, well ideated campaigns & initiatives. A natural creative with a great instinct for powerful creative and big bold ideas. A strategic thinker with deep expertise across the entire creative lifecycle, you will be leading the process from brief development to execution, focusing on elevating our brands creative output while maintaining strong alignment with brand guardrails, strategy, BVI and luxury benchmarks. Key Responsibilities:
• Creative Strategy & Brief Development - Craft concise, inspiring, and results-driven creative briefs that spark innovative, brand-aligned ideas. Evaluate big ideas, strengthen creative, provide clear feedback and approve direction / execution.
• Creative Development - Lead the development of powerful, idea-led creative concepts and guide the translation of those ideas into multi-channel initiatives through our agency network. Give clear feedback and direction, approve good work that maintains the integrity of brilliant ideas.
• Creative Process Design & Implementation - Define, implement, and manage a new creative development process that fosters more effective, collaborative, and efficient ways of working across teams and stakeholders.
• Agency Management = Manage our agency creative development output with a focus on accountability, quality, and collaboration; provide, clear, actionable creative critique to continuously improve output.
• Brand Stewardship - Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, tone, creative principles, luxury benchmarking and business objectives.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration - Inspire and mentor internal & external creative teams, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll need to have:
• Deep expertise in creative development across all stages, from brief writing to concept creation and multi-channel execution.
• Ability to craft concise, inspiring, and results-driven creative briefs that drive meaningful, brand-aligned work.
• Proven skill in shaping powerful, story-led creative ideas that resonate across digital, social, video, and print channels.
• Strong experience of agency management, with a focus on coaching others whilst accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Confident and clear communicator who provides actionable feedback to elevate creative quality while staying within brand guidelines.
• Outstanding leader that role models collaboration & drives accountability; has the ability to challenge effectively and motivate others
• Financial acumen in managing creative budgets to deliver high-impact work on time and at the best value.
