About the role:
Are you a dynamic PR and influencer marketing professional eager to shape brand narratives and drive authentic conversations?
We're seeking someone to join our Communications and Advocacy Team, to play a critical role in ensuring our brand stories are brought to life across No7 Beauty Company brands and markets, generating content and endorsement from influential third parties, including journalists and influencers.

Key responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for, and work collaboratively with, external agency partners and in-house retailer teams sharing best practice and key PR materials, and ensuring our partners bring the brand to life through immersions and experiences.
• Assist in the in-market activation of all PR activities, helping to ensure strategies are tailored to local nuances and executed effectively by regional agencies.
• Support with the development of compelling earned messaging and other press materials across brands, amending and modifying these assets as required to ensure they meet the needs of the EMEA and APAC markets. This involves drafting press releases, media alerts, Q&As, and other communication assets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand voice and market needs.
• Support with the selection, vetting, and management of macro influencers and social experts within the EMEA and APAC markets. Work with the wider Influencer and Advocacy Team to find opportunities to utilise internal spokespeople and influencer partners across markets. Manage relationships with top brand ambassador programme performers in EMEA and APAC.
• Provide crucial support as needed in the planning, logistical coordination, and on-site execution of high-profile PR and influencer events, including launch events and media engagements, ensuring smooth delivery and positive media experiences.
• Work with agencies and market retailer teams to monitor media coverage across markets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to regular reports on earned media performance, providing initial insights and data analysis.

What you'll need to have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adept at building rapport with multiple stakeholders, across markets
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience in public relations, communications or a related field
- Experience managing or working within agency partners
- Demonstrable experience in supporting PR campaigns, media relations, or communications initiatives.
- A strong interest in the beauty industry
It would be great if you also have
- Familiarity with content creation processes, and basic analytics.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and reporting.
- Experience working in a global or multi-market role
