We're looking for a Shopper Marketing & Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager to help bring our brand stories to life in-store — from exciting cosmetics launches to all-year round gifting initiatives.

As part of the In-Store Marketing Team, you'll help make our brands shine in retail spaces by supporting the planning and delivery of both temporary activations and permanent merchandising projects. You'll work with a passionate team of creatives and marketers to deliver impactful campaigns that surprise and delight shoppers every day.

Key responsibilities

  • Be the brand guardian for creative translation of the Brand Visual Identity for instore execution within UK&I / EMEA & APAC markets.

  • Translate initiatives and campaigns for instore execution across all touch points within Instore.

  • Own the creative development of 3D kit for instore activation.

  • Lead any strategic creative development for locally led visual merchandising projects.

  • Work closely with Brand, Commercial and Category Management Teams to ensure all activation is backed in insight and has clear commercial return on investment.

  • Collaborate with agency partners on briefing, creative development and production.

  • Oversee all stakeholder engagement and sign off of activity before go to market.

  • Strong budget management and ownership.

  • Focus operational excellence and landing right first time for stores and our customers.

  • Working with agility to flex the plan according to the business priorities.

  • Evolve and embed best in class ways of working to maintain internal, retailer and agency relationships.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Previous experience in Shopper Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, or Brand Activation.

  • An understanding of design and development and print methods

  • Confidence to make own informed decisions

  • Demonstrate expert communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Able to work at pace and under pressure in a cross functional model

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Strong commercial acumen
