This isn’t the only step forward the brand has made for its team of Beauty Advisors in 2021. April 2021 saw the launch of No7's brand new advisor uniform. The journey to refresh the old designs took two years and over 100 No7 advisors were consulted, sharing feedback that they wanted something black, modern and stretchy; a design that would have a premium feel and make them feel glamorous but that was also comfortable.
Linda, No7 Advisor said “I feel like a fashionista on the sales floor - the new uniform has made me feel a lot more confident and on trend. It’s not style over substance either - it’s super comfortable and hard wearing. I love it!” The new uniform collection consists of 11 core outfits that can be worn in 30+ ways. Sizing is fully inclusive from UK 6-32 and there is also a maternity option and a made-to-measure service. The uniform range is unisex, meaning advisors have the option to wear whatever pieces make them feel confident.
