About the role

This role is responsible for the planning, design, and delivery of a unique learning offer to help facilitate the training and coaching that builds the capability of Beauty teams in Boots. You will be an integral member of the team, consulting with an array of stakeholders across the business and brand partners to bring forwards a blended learning experience for our colleagues, across different platforms.

Beauty halls at Boots have changed and so has the education we give our teams in store. We have an exciting opportunity for a Beauty Education Digital Design Specialist – Beauty to join our existing beauty education team
Key responsibilities
Previous experience in working with L&D Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and key stakeholders to identify, consult, recommend, design, and deliver insight led, blended learning that is relevant for the learner experience, across a variety of mediums, including digital social learning platforms, LMS, virtual classrooms and face to face.
Previous experience of designing learning tools and techniques such as Illustrator and Adobe
Be able to build relationships and work with stakeholders & education teams to plan and implement digital learning solutions to support commercial priorities
Experience in planning and implementing robust KPI measures into every intervention to measure success and return on investment, using the data to shape future work and to inform the business of the learning impact achieved
Previous experience in planning projects effectively and hold self and others to account to design and implement effective launches of learning to build capability
Passionate about beauty or products and are passionate about the connections between building capability and the result this can have on sales in beauty
Eager to learn about and implement latest thinking in L&D and beauty trends, including digital, virtual, design, delivery and learning theories whilst developing the rest of the L&D team
Previous experience in presenting and delivering education virtually and in-person

Commercial awareness and where you're learning tools and modules have helped to drive return on investment
Personal drive to work alone on projects along with a good team player as part of a wider team
Growth mindset and can stretch peoples thinking and ability to strive for the best outcome
Able to work well under pressure, maintaining a positive mindset, manage conflicting priorities and confidently have 'big conversations' around trade-offs and priorities with strong project planning and co-ordination skills
Previous retail and beauty experience
Experience in delivering in organising and delivering in person and virtual conferences & events
Previous learning and education experience
