This role is responsible for delivering the beauty training and coaching that builds the capability and expertise of No7 and Liz Earle beauty teams. This full-time field-based role covers stores within Southern England (Kent & Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Wiltshire).
About the role
The Service & Education Trainer works flexibly across a wide geography to meet the needs of the learner and the wider business. Reporting into the Retail Service and Education Manager this role works as ‘one team’ within the N7BC Field Team supporting the attainment of commercial KPIs, and the engagement of our people.

About the role

- Deliver compelling and professional learning for large groups, small cohorts and on a 1-2-1 basis
- Use a wide variety of methods to deliver learning, including virtual and face to face ‘classroom’, presentation, facilitating and coaching – all to an exceptional standard
- Upskill, motivate and create positive changes in the knowledge, skills and behaviour of Beauty colleagues using various methodologies and techniques
- Set the standard and expectations of what good looks like for Beauty colleagues, through leading by example and modelling excellence
What you'll need to have
- 2 years+ managerial experience
- Beauty experience, including make-up application.
- Stakeholder management experience
- Effective time management skills
- High degree of impact and influence
- Have a full UK driving licence as this role will require travel
